So a few weeks ago I made the decision that I needed to schedule some more regular time with people who are important to me and who are believers in my future. So quite spontaneously I sent out an invite to a bunch of the girls in my world to come to a High Tea at my place. It was for whoever could make it - no pressure. The plan was to just hang out and enjoy each other's company, and if the mood took us there I had a little something creative planned.</div>

We were a small group - just the four of us but we had a lovely time drinking tea and chatting. And as it happened the mood took us there and we did something a little creative. It was fun. We had our own weaving tutorial and weaved colourful stars for the <a href="http://www.onemillionstars.net/" target="_blank">one million stars to end violence project.</a></div>

It was really great everyone had a go and for some it was
probably the first time that they had done something like that. We made 10 stars to contribute to the project. A small contribution but a contribution all the same. Not a bad effort really, as some of us were attempting to drink tea, have adult conversations, weave and ensure our children were not getting up to anything to terrifying. </div>

It was a definite success. What could be better than friends, tea, sweet treats, good conversation and some thing a little creative - food for the soul? Sometimes life can feel so full that there just doesn't seem to be time for everything. Most often it is our friends that disappear from our schedule when we are under pressure. Here are 3 quick tips for ensuring that despite a full life, you don't do life alone:<br />
<b><br /></b>
<b><br /></b>
<b>1. Schedule time in your week for your friends. </b><br />
Even the most introverted of us is built for relationship and can't do life alone. We all need people in our world to come along side us and help us along our journey.<br />
<br />
If we want to maintain and grow our friendships despite our full lives then we need to prioritise them. The simplest way to give friendships the importance they deserve is to give them time. Being proactive and blocking out time in your weekly schedule for friendships and relationships is really the only way of ensuring they are prioritised. Book in a weekly coffee slot in your diary. Protect it and ensure you invite a different friend every week. Schedule a walk with someone who is important to you. You will get to chat and check in on each other and exercise. Everyone wins.<br />
<br />
The key is scheduling regular time for touching base with those who are important to you. Because if you are not intentional in prioritising this time, there will always be demands that will take your unscheduled time.<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>2. Be the kind of friend you would like to have.</b><br />
If you are under pressure and life is full, and you are wishing someone would notice you are under the pump. Perhaps the best medicine is to be 'that friend' for some one else. We all have people in our world who we know could do with a cheer squad. Be 'that person' for them. Send a text to cheer on that friend who is juggling study, work, family and other commitments. Tell the them how much they inspire you. Tell them they are doing a really great job and that you are heaps proud of them.<br />
<br />
Its funny how being 'that friend' is a great way to get our eyes off our own woes. Moreover if we are generous with encouragement it is reasonably likely that we will find ourselves the recipient of encouragement too.<br />
<b><br /></b>
<b><br /></b>
<b>3. Make the thought count.</b><br />
Too often we think about doing stuff and then that is all it ever is - a thought. We get distracted with our day and don't call that person that we thought of, don't send that text we had planned to or forget to write that card. I know that I seriously need to get better at actioning those thoughts straight away. It is easier said then done though. But it does help if you are intentional in setting up a few things in your life. You could invest in a hands free phone kit in your car. I often think of calling people when I am driving places. And obviously unless you have a hands free kit you can't call them. Then as soon as you get where you are going you forget to make that call.<br />
<br />
I now carry a little snap lock bag of blank greeting cards in my handbag with some postage stamps so if I think sending someone a card I have no excuse not to send it - as everything I need is always with me. We totally need to bring back the handwritten card. Who doesn't love receiving something other than bills in the mail. And despite the price increase in postage stamps, your friends are worth the dollar, right?<br />
<br />
There are probably many many more things that we can do to ensure we don't do life alone, these are just 3 quick tips. So Mother's Day has just been and I am privileged to do life surrounded by people who exemplify a culture of making the special days special. And I love that.<br />
<br />
This has not always been my natural tendency nor my experience. I didn't grow up in a family that had a bunch of family traditions when it came to celebrating special occasions. We certainly celebrated those special days but always with minimal fuss and fanfare.<br />
<br />
As I have grown and particularly as I have developed and grown in my role as I parent I have learnt that family traditions start, end or continue with me. As the mother of my household in lots of ways I set the tone and culture in my house. I get to create or break with family tradition.<br />
<br />
I have always loved the idea of family traditions. Perhaps because there were so few in my growing up. I am finding more and more that positive family traditions have a play a key role to play in building and contributing to the fabric of a healthy family. A family tradition that I am definitely labouring to establish in our family is the idea of making the special days special.<br />
<br />
This really doesn't need to be about spending money which is often the first place we go to in our mind. I think this idea is part of the reason why often young families don't establish this idea as a foundational family value.<br />
<br />
Really, the idea of making the special days special is about placing value. It simply requires a little creativity and giving mostly of yourself and your time to show, that person that you love, they are important to you!<br />
<br />
Mother's Day has come and gone but I'm sure like my family you have a birthday or two or ten just around the corner. What can you be creating, planning or doing to make those special days special for that someone you love? How can you make the next <i>special day </i>the first of many, building a culture in your family of placing value on those you love?<br />

I love this exhibition as it is specifically for artist who use recycled materials to create their work. Well, I finally did it!</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Late Thursday afternoon last week I was doing some stuff on my computer and it occurred to me to check when the exhibition was. Guess what, I hadn't missed it. The submission date hadn't passed. But guess when it was - Sunday 5pm. I had three days to produce something from scratch and something I was proud of. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I was faced with a dilemma. Did I not try, because the deadline would mean significant effort and sacrifice of time? Or did I give it my best and see what happened? </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Like many, I have battled disillusionment and disappointment along this journey to chase my creative dreams. It really would have been easy for me to just shrug and say oh well it wasn't meant to be, I just can't produce anything in that time. And this situation would have been just another occasion when things didn't work out the way I had hoped. I would have added another tally mark of disappointment to the wall of my heart.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
But I didn't do that. Something in me rose up and said you know what I am going to give it a go. What have I got to lose. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
You have to understand I really haven't painted very much over the last few years. The desire never disappears and I think about it nearly daily. But I really haven't produced much for a while. What was I going to paint. I had no idea what I would do as the submission required photographs to be taken during the process of creating the piece- so it had to be something new as I don't take photos of my creative process.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
What is funny is, only days before I had sat down and sketched up a few thoughts and ideas that I had plans to experiment with. It was going to have to be one of those - as they were all I had. So I picked one idea that I felt I might be able to deliver on a canvas that I had, and I sat down worked out a plan of how to tackle it. And guess what....</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I finished. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I got it submitted on time - just. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I was even happy with how it turned out. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
And to top it all off I got selected to be part of the exhibition - stoked! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Here it is - <i>Pocket Garden</i>.</div>

"I have been here before and isn't it awesome!" Bobbie Houston</div>
<br />
I'm am trying really hard this week to take that saying and make it my reality. This week it is my birthday and 'I have been here before' definitely applies to me. I have been here 37 times before in fact. And if I am honest the excitement that once surrounded birthdays is long gone. These days it's far more like dread.<br />
<br />
I don't really love the self reflection that always comes with birthdays these days either. As usually it means finding far to many areas of your life that are really not how you would like them to be or how you once envisaged they would be at this stage of your life.<br />
<br />
<br />
When you are young birthdays are always filled with so much promise and potential. These days that is not usually how I feel about birthdays.<br />
<br />
But as with so much of life - our attitude frames our experience. I am trying really hard not to let my attitude put a dampener on this birthday. I am trying to remember that ' I have been here before - but isn't it awesome!'<br />
<br />
I may not be as young as I once was, or as fit or as skinny or as.... but I am wiser than I have ever been and life still has so much promise and potential. I have been here before but it is awesome!<br />
<br />
I think Gratitude is the key.<br />
<br />
For me I need to remind myself that there is usually far more to be thankful for than there is to complain about- even during a rough season. My natural tendency is to get caught up in what is not where or how I anticipated it should be and I forget to take stock of all that is right, and good and lovely; all that is awesome in my life.<br />
<br />
So this birthday, this 37th birthday I am trying - I'm going to be grateful for all the amazing blessings I have in my life. I am going to acknowledge that 'I have been here before' .... But isn't it awesome!<br />

This weaving technique is very very cool, with lots of history and tradition. I have loved practising it and I have been experimenting used it with all sorts of materials.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
This is the official weaving technique for the <a href="http://www.onemillionstars.net/" target="_blank">One Million Stars to End Violence</a> project. If you haven't joined in yet, check out the site. You WILL love it too.<br />
<br />
I really really love this initiative. Such a simple way to bring awareness to an important issue. It is also a fabulous reminder that amazing - seemingly impossible things can be achieved if we work together.Beautifully Recreatedhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05116808869098646146noreply@blogger.comSydney NSW, Australia-33.8674869 151.20699020000006-34.711976400000005 149.91609670000005 -33.0229974 152.49788370000007tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-721658905639260186.post-12535959928657271512016-02-22T11:00:00.000+11:002016-02-22T14:36:53.862+11:00One Million Stars...<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<a href="http://peppermintmag.com/" target="_blank">Peppermint Magazine</a> is one my favourite magazines! I love everything about it. I love that it champions artisans and I love that it encourages sustainability and a social conscience.<br />
<br />
So recently I came across an old edition of the magazine from last year and was so super inspired I had to share it with you. The theme for the Winter 2015 edition was 'Be Kind'. Love it already!<br />
<br />
The magazine was filled with super inspiring stories of people doing amazing things to help others. But one of the stories in particular just grabbed me. The story introduced us to Maryann Talia Pau, founder of the One Millions Stars Project. A project that was birthed out of a response to the murder of Jill Meagher, in Victoria, Australia. Maryann's studio and church were in the local area and witnessing the grief and helplessness she responded in the most natural way she could which was to weave. As an artist and a weaver, Maryann spoke without words and weaved symbols of light and hope. <a href="http://www.onemillionstars.net/" target="_blank">The One Million Stars to End Violence</a> project was born.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
<span style="color: #666666;"><i>"There is still reason to be light in the world. </i></span></h2>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
<span style="color: #666666;"><i>There is still opportunity to have courage and to speak up or protect someone who needs it."</i> </span></h2>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
<span style="color: #666666;">Maryann Talia Pau</span></h2>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEih6issaIvXHMM2YKxMVTEkOgFK8ghJTFROB6u3qG4IANzfD2NEi8dSqcCl_SacydgFXO6CYB9hKcMGQKzpbJCrSggVBBi1oYd3BlRjimeuj56JE9RQcsVNvO23PAibmBl05-c36fYie5Lp/s1600/One+Million+Stars.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEih6issaIvXHMM2YKxMVTEkOgFK8ghJTFROB6u3qG4IANzfD2NEi8dSqcCl_SacydgFXO6CYB9hKcMGQKzpbJCrSggVBBi1oYd3BlRjimeuj56JE9RQcsVNvO23PAibmBl05-c36fYie5Lp/s400/One+Million+Stars.jpg" width="371" /></a>I loved this story so much. I love that one lady saw a situation - an absolute injustice and acted. She didn't allow herself to just be moved, she acted. And she acted in a way that came most natural to her. Well after reading this article, I was totally inspired. This is the kind of life I want to live. This to me is living creatively.<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
So I have been weaving stars.... And you can join in too and raise awareness against violence. So I am positive you have read or heard people say at least one of the following quotes:<br />
<br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>Fail to plan; plan to fail.</i><br />
<br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>A goal without a plan is just a wish.</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i><br /></i>
<i>Write the vision; make it plain..., so he may run who reads it.</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<br />
I am a big believer in writing it down! Granted I definitely could be better at it. But I firmly believe that there is a need for the desires of our heart, the promptings of our spirit, our dreams and our goals to be written down.<br />
<br />
In essence if we fail to write them down or declare them out load - it is near impossible for them to become reality. Saying them or writing them in essence makes them real. They are no longer just a nice idea hidden on the inside. They have real estate, either in the atmosphere or on a piece of paper.<br />
<br />
They are now not just a thought. The first step to birthing anything is to take ownership of the potential in the idea. Writing it down is usually part of the first step in making it happen. Once you can own the idea - then obviously you need a plan and to take action. But most often it all starts at writing it down.<br />
<br />
I love it, <i>Write the vision; make it plain..., so he may run who reads it.</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
That is me. I need the motivation to <i>run</i> after the desires of my heart. So here is how I have written it down and made it plain...<br />
<br />
<i><span style="font-size: large;">How have you made your vision for 2016 plain?</span></i><br />

Think long weekend.<br />
Think away by the beach for the first time in a long time.<br />
Think a much needed break.<br />
All the right ingredients for the inspiration and the conviction needed to relaunch my blog....<br />
<br />
It has been several months since that weekend and I have made many excuses since that initial moment of inspiration to say that it was all to hard. But here I am!<br />
<br />
That's right I'm back in blog land. Only this time I'm Beautifully Recreated! Ironic right? I am more convinced than ever that I need to document my journey to live a creative life. As the creative life is the life that I know I'm meant to live, the life I was made for.<br />
<br />
Living a creative life has been my hearts conviction for a lot of years now. But all too often I have allowed the pursuit of temporary things to distract me from 'BEING' my true self. As I get older I am discovering that it takes discipline and lots of it, to be your true self. It is much easier to be who society or circumstances dictate you should be. And there are also many things, often important things, that we use as an excuse or reasons for why we can't or don't have time to practice being all that we are called to be.<br />
<br />
So here I am working on the discipline and practice of living a creative life.<br />
<br />
It is always amusing how events and circumstances align. Here we are at the beginning of another year and finally I have received enough separate promptings to take action and restart my blog. While quite separately I had determined that my words for 2016 were: REVIVE and PERSIST.<br />
<br />
So here I am reviving my creative life and endeavouring to persist and stick at it - very early days. But here's to new year!!<br />

I have had an addiction to succulents for a long time now, and have wanted to create an indoor garden. This has been one of those projects that has been in my head for sometime. Slowly I have been growing my collection of succulent cuttings. Mostly from my Mum's garden, she usually brings some cuttings every time she comes to visit. I also wanted to find a use for this gorgeous big bowl that I had. My fear was that if I didn't give it a reason for existence it would end up getting accidentally broken. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So here is my indoor garden, at least for now. It is not quite what I originally envisaged as I am yet to get hold of any of the little 'cabbage' style succulents. But till I do, I think it makes a cute addition to my kitchen bench. What's more the only cost for this project as $8 for the yellow rocks.</div>

So my house has lots of tiles and is like an igloo in winter. We ha previously put up with it but with a little one wondering around all the time it was necessary to do something to try and warm our main living space- a rug was the answer. The only problem was it need to fit under our dinning table and not be a hazard every time you sat at the table. It need to be BIG as we have a big table. Not having several hundred dollars to spend on a rug and still wanting something fashionable I got my thinking cap on. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So I got my thinking cap on and came up with a solution. It would need to be a flat weave rug. I wanted it to be black and white (mostly black) as I have kids and I wanted the rug to last longer than a week. I knew there would need to be a compromise between on trend and affordability so I started the search. It did take me several months to find a solution that fitted what I was prepared to spend and would be the right type of rug. The answer was found at Kmart. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdR8-8p36lKdqvHkQpSW8QSdMuifIdd5lRIl5giTlooljCMUzb7wTh2FJP-lSq-xuMShUzsy8gNwAGVM8zfSB9q79SVLUp2K9SzEhYJ5_mWRPTFA5q2o4SgTluU_WL_XExVweJWj6UqeVX/s1600/photo.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdR8-8p36lKdqvHkQpSW8QSdMuifIdd5lRIl5giTlooljCMUzb7wTh2FJP-lSq-xuMShUzsy8gNwAGVM8zfSB9q79SVLUp2K9SzEhYJ5_mWRPTFA5q2o4SgTluU_WL_XExVweJWj6UqeVX/s1600/photo.JPG" height="640" width="476" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
For $29 I could buy a reasonably large flat weave rug. The quality of the rugs were pretty good for the price and I actually liked them. However to cover the space required I would need 4 of them and then how would I stop them being a constant trip hazard. Solution stitch them together. I am on a yellow thing at the moment so yellow thread it had to be. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2QzvVLRx9PfMgmvvrubrB_I5C0Fd2ROySVyZqtJMYM-OrNO7yiRHi-45X-9_fMRoxyy7zgZ-QmEmwEf3h_JM1WUSJ2VaFzMseqkFbvVc6Zg7MObk9IbAMbygq671yqdCzpgp4oh-GB5IQ/s1600/photo+3.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2QzvVLRx9PfMgmvvrubrB_I5C0Fd2ROySVyZqtJMYM-OrNO7yiRHi-45X-9_fMRoxyy7zgZ-QmEmwEf3h_JM1WUSJ2VaFzMseqkFbvVc6Zg7MObk9IbAMbygq671yqdCzpgp4oh-GB5IQ/s1600/photo+3.JPG" height="640" width="476" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So for less then $150 I had created a rug 260 cm x 320 cm plenty big enough to go under my table and allow enough clearance that it would not get destroyed every time someone put the chair in and out. Yes cleaning it is a bit more of an effort but it has made such a massive difference to the temperature in our living space. It also maintains the temperature better after you have warmed up the space. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj81rtWM6q5BDZJt7eZ97HBqsTGFU8oMzfbOZkID1QLPmUfpQjUHK5OEYOfIg-RJXPqxb4b1YxazwcBc1FK-7MDzy2nqXMNe5S8W5PHvLWE6_CQNSU7MGyVWF9gLFQSLUubjMfAkgbVaPBN/s1600/photo+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj81rtWM6q5BDZJt7eZ97HBqsTGFU8oMzfbOZkID1QLPmUfpQjUHK5OEYOfIg-RJXPqxb4b1YxazwcBc1FK-7MDzy2nqXMNe5S8W5PHvLWE6_CQNSU7MGyVWF9gLFQSLUubjMfAkgbVaPBN/s1600/photo+2.JPG" height="640" width="476" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I'm happy with the outcome. If you are needing a rug solution maybe think about stitching together multiple flat weave rugs. It could work for your area as well.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

You can journal to discover more about yourself and or you can journal to discover and engage with Him who created you. There are many reasons why people journal. I prayer journal.<br />
<br />
It is my time to offer up my praise and gratitude, to work through my feelings and circumstances, and to bring petitions to Him who is able to do more with them then me. Journaling for me though is not just writing. In fact writing is often a very small part of my journaling. I find just writing tedious. Initially it helps to maintain my attention but ultimately I get bored. I also find it a little two dimensional in expressing exactly where I am at. I am a visual person after all. My journaling is usually more about colouring, doodling, creating patterns and visual images.<br />
<br />
I have explored prayer journaling on and off for years, in many different forms. Read books about the styles of journaling that are more meaningful to me and once again I find myself back exploring.<br />
<br />
No mater why you journal hopefully these might inspire you on your journaling journey - they have inspired me on mine....<br />

<span style="font-size: x-large;">VOICE...</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-large;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
The idea of VOICE has been a theme of late. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Everywhere I turn I am being challenged by the idea of: </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Who's VOICE am I listening too...</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
What is my inner VOICE telling me...</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
What VOICE am I passing on...</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Am I a VOICE for those without one...</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
These are all challenging questions, and the answers can be different depending on the day. It is something that I have been reflecting on a lot lately... and it should probably be something that I continue to contemplate regularly. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
How about you? </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>

<div>
Back blogging...</div>
<div>
Back making...</div>
<div>
Back on the road to living a Kre8ive Life...</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I hope you can forgive me for my absence and might come on the journey with me again to discover the Kre8ive Life - the life we are meant to live.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I think finally I have learnt that I am NOT my best me when I am not pursuing a Kre8ive Life. More than ever I am convinced that the desire and dare I say it but the NEED to create is in us all and when we neglect it, ignore it, deny it, fail to nurture it we can not possibly be all we were created to be!!!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
So here I go again for the millionth time pursuing My Kre8ive Life, and in the process I hope I might inspire you to live yours........</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
So Monday Makes are back and here is a project that I recently completed. I am so proud of it. I am proud that the vision in my head has been given the opportunity to come to life. I am glad that it works as I imagined. I love seeing discarded stuff - BeautifullyRecreated.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I so wish I had taken a pic of it as it was. Discarded in a council clean up. Rotten feet, peeling pale blue paint, covered in 1970's NRL football stickers and significant structural issues. Now it is a Sunny bright custom made piece that beautifully shows off my upcycled vintage suitcase collection.</div>
